Shipping: All packages will be shipped via Canada Post, usually within 2 business days of receipt. Digital downloads are, of course, available as soon as they are purchased.
Returns: Please note that there are no returns on items purchased in the Gilpin Publishing store, unless the item was received in damaged or unusable condition. In this case, the item may be returned, and will be replaced by another copy of the same item.
