Ebony & Ivory: Red Hot!
Red Hot! is the newly-released debut CD from Ebony & Ivory. Guest artists on the disc include Dave Weckl and Victor Wooten, and musical styles range from jazz to light classical, ragtime to Benny Goodman, with Klezmer and New Age thrown in for good measure!
Multiplicity, released in 1999, features the music of Andrew Gilpin. With over 73 minutes of music, Multiplicity includes Andrew's melodic Sonata for Flute and Piano, his inspired setting of The Cremation of Sam McGee, as well as his major choral work, Gloria.
Andrew Gilpin's first CD, And All That Jazz, is a delightful mix of Latin and swing tunes.
Several pieces written by jazz/classical fusion icon Claude Bolling are featured, as well as a Chick Corea tune,
Randall Thompson's Alleluia (originally a choral work!), and a piece from Andrew himself.
